By booking a reservation, accessing, or using any services provided by Fern Haevyn LLC, or Airbnb, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. General Terms:

• The use of Fern Haevyn LLC’s properties is subject to compliance with local laws, homeowners' association rules, and the specific terms outlined in the rental agreement provided at booking.

• All guests must be at least 24 years old unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Proof of identification may be required.

• No more than 4 adults. Additional guests, up to a total of 6, must be children under the age of 13.

2. Reservation Policy:

• A reservation is only confirmed after full payment of the rental fee and acceptance of the rental terms. The rental agreement must be signed before check-in.

• Cancellations must be made according to the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed according to the terms in the rental agreement.

• Fern Haevyn LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its discretion due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., property damage, force majeure events).

3. Liability Disclaimer:

• Fern Haevyn LLC assumes no liability for personal injuries, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during your stay at the rental property.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal belongings. It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

• Fern Haevyn LLC is not responsible for any interruptions in service, such as power outages, water shortages, or other utility disruptions.

4. Property Use and Conduct:

• Guests are required to maintain the property in a clean and habitable condition. Any damages caused by guests or their invitees will be charged to the guest’s account.

• No illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or violation of local laws will be tolerated. Fern Haevyn LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and remove guests without a refund if such violations occur.

• Maximum occupancy limits, as specified in the rental agreement, must be respected. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of the rental.

5. Privacy Policy:

• Fern Haevyn LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of processing your reservation and improving your rental experience.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to facilitate your booking.

6. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.

• Any legal action arising out of the use of Fern Haevyn LLC’s services or properties shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Transylvania County, NC.

7. Amendments:

• Fern Haevyn LLC reserves the right to amend this legal notice at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or direct communication to guests.

• Continued use of our services or rental properties after amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
